I have been working at Reebok full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Reebok encourages its employees to live the Brand and great amenities allow us to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle. The people are Reebok are great and relationships are easy to build and maintain. Work/life balance is valued, and managers do not make you feel guilty for needing to leave to attend to your family or personal life.

    Cons

Brand heat is an issue. The landscape is getting more and more competitive and Reebok needs to keep up.
Although the move to Boston will help to make Reebok more relevant in an urban setting, layoffs and the move hurt the awesome culture.

    Advice to Management

Spend the resources and time investing in external marketing and Brand loyalty. Our employees already believe in Reebok's message, it's our customers that we need to reach.
Make culture a priority, especially during transitions or we are at risk of losing talent.
