I worked at Reebok full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Reebok offers very strong benefits

    Cons

    Executive leadership
    Management chaos
    Unclear brand vision
    Ageism

    Advice to Management

Management cannot get out of their own way. The executive/upper level internal politics is dragging the company down badly. Ageism is a very real issue at this company. The company is populated by a bunch of 20 years now who have no clue what they're doing.

    Pros

Practice what they preach. Reebok is a big family of individuals who are striving to "Be More Human". Everyone is so active and friendly. The atmosphere is amazing.

    Cons

A little all over the place with who they want to be.

I worked at Reebok part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The 40% Discount was sweet and once a month we got a 60 percent discount.

    Cons

The manager was overbearing and was trying to get us to sell things to people they didn't really want. I think it made a lot of customers uncomfortable.

    Advice to Management

Let the product sell itself. Make sure the employees are more knowledgeable about the product and business.

    Advice to Management

Look for talent in all places, not just ones under certain management teams.
