I have been working at Reebok part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

You can meet some really great people, most management actually want to help you learn and work with you.

    Cons

The corporate office people are not very good at their job. You notice the lack of efficiency in the stores regarding product; sometimes the stores are empty because of lack of merchandise from allocators, they do not a proper sense of how things sell in each store. If you suckup to anyone in corporate, you are guaranteed a higher job.
