    Pros

    Great people, gym on site, crossfit box, daycare. A lot of amenities and a beautiful campus. Summer hours on Fridays

    Cons

    adidas owning the brand has ruined the culture in many departments.

    Advice to Management

    If it were at all possible to break off from adidas and stand alone as a brand again, people would flock to work there again

    Pros

    very talented coworkers, great place to grow into a creative career. The work- life balance is good. Amazing to be able and encouraged to workout on campus.

    Cons

    Sometime disorganized management. Lifers pull company down.

    Employee discount can be used in Reebok and adidas

    Cons

    Management- Attitudes, its not a team environment, all they want you to do is get surveys from customers. A lot of promises from management but never follows through.
