I worked at Reebok full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Phenomenally progressive thinking company for such an old brand. Reebok is not satisfied with status quo and is becoming a leader in innovative thinking to bring new ideas to life for the benefit of the employee, who in turn can then lead the industry in customer service.
Benefits for full time are next to none.

    Cons

Pay for management varies too much for the same position. Pick a salary for the role and stick to it -you risk a discrimination issue soon.

I worked at Reebok full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great creative work environment, passionate designers. Great resources at your disposal.

    Cons

Not always fully utilized. Talent can be overlooked over those who are better at the politics of corporate design jobs. Do Crossfit regularly to move up at this company.

I have been working at Reebok full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Really passionate about fitness and fitness culture, great work-life balance, great perks including on-site gym and CrossFit box, outdoor track, basketball court, massages, daycare, barbershop and cafeteria. People seem really committed to doing what's best for the company.

    Cons

With so many employees communication can be slow and sometimes get lost. It's easy to feel like your voice isn't heard or important in the grand scheme of things.

    Advice to Management

Really take advice and suggestions of employees to heart. Sometimes when you read and answer questions out loud at the company town halls, answers are often dismissive or don't directly address concerns.
