I have been working at Reebok full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Reebok offers amenities galore. Onsite services like chiropractor, hair dresser, dry cleaner, starbucks, crossfit box, massage, daycare, etc. It's been a great place to work.

    Cons

There haven been very few cons in working for Reebok over the years, but they have decided to move their headquarters to South Boston. I hope the new building measures up.

    Advice to Management

There is a positive spin being put on the move into Boston although it does appear that Reebok will end up losing a lot of really good people (and already have).

Your people are your greatest assets and you need to genuinely demonstrate you value your employees first!!

I have been working at Reebok full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Discounts, travel, and nothing else

    Cons

Terrible upper managment and directors, people in decision making positions don't understand product or culture, it's laughable. Directors dont direct. Cost is top priority, good product is at the bottom. Lower pay then competitors. If you want to create something new, don't come here. Zero growth potential, managerso don't care about growing young designers
Wrong people get promoted for wrong reasons.

    Advice to Management

    Replace yourselves with competent people

I worked at Reebok full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

-Great place to start a career
-Opportunities to contribute to and manage highly visible projects

    Cons

-Pay is subpar....especially if you begin a career there
    -Management is out of touch
-Don't expect upward mobility, even if your yearly reviews are stellar, and especially if you're a female
-You'll likely be passed over for a job at some point in favor of a German employee, who will come for a 12 month paid American experience, and then will leave and go back to adidas

    Advice to Management

Focus on the talent you do have. There are A LOT of talented employees, who have brilliant ideas, but they will be run down and forced to look elsewhere because of a lack of vision by senior leadership and subpar pay.
