I worked at Reed Consulting full-time

    Pros

It has a very flat structure and every one at each level can communicate freely and suggest innovative ideas.

    Cons

When there is a query it becomes very difficult to restrategise as there is really no clear leadership at the top

    Advice to Management

Perhaps re structure the flat set up in a way that there is still clear leadership and authority

    Pros

Great direct manager in the Account Management Team. Some excellent people in Senior Management that will listen and drive you.

    Cons

Bad trajectory for employees. Some terrible people in middle management positions. Bad salary and overall package. Outdated values - the Reed colours uniform is ridiculous.

    Advice to Management

Pay your good people better and they will stop leaving, there are no company benefits to match the market, minimal pension, no healthcare.
Get rid of the ridiculous dress code, it makes you look like a joke in the market place.
