    Great company with competative wages. I currently work here as an intern.

    Cons

    The company is moving to Raleigh North Carolina so i will be seeking full time employement elsewhere soon. Would love to stay with a tech oriented company.

    Pros

    Very friendly folks, flex time, convenient location. Great kitchen area to prepare and have lunch.

    Cons

    May have to stay overtime in the busy season. This may include around 4 months at the end of the year.

    Advice to Management

    Add more perks. Free snacks!!!

    Pros

    Very successful company; share price doubled in last four years; strong management; good vision; excellent products and services; innovative; treats employees well; good CSR. Unlike many competitors has crossed the chasm from print to digital and is on the forefront of big data. Worth the journey.

    Still silos between the businesses; slow-moving at times.

    Communicate more. You have a great story to tell

    Friendly people, good coaching, detailed documentation, nice working environment, widely use of technology, employees' opinions are always taken into account, good training

    Less opportunities to develop into professional role, salary expectation cannot be met, difficult to get to management level as opportunities are rare

    attend more training courses and get ready for the next opportunity, training and development needs should be considered more, flexible working hours should always be a choice for employees

    Pros

    Excellent benefits and opportunities for professional development and career progression. There are always jobs advertised internally that offer progression or sideways moves. The benefits are significantly better than other companies I've worked for.

    Cons

    Communication is hit and miss. Because the company is so huge, achieving consistent and regular communication with employees is difficult. As a result, not everyone identifies with the company's vision and objectives as much as they could. Collaboration across departmetns within a business unit is difficult; collaboration across business units is almost unheard of.

    Advice to Management

    Trust your employees and give them permission to use their judgement, even if it means they bend the rules. Staff need to know that not only is it OK but it's actually impertaive that we try new ways of doing things. Embracing change is not easy for many people. Management can lay the groundwork in such a way that actively welcoming or even initiating change is the status quo, by making sure that people know that risk taking is allowed.
