    Vacation time deducted from your pool for public holidays
    Salaried Staff treated as non-salaried when convenient

    Remote location, lack of upgrades in software and equipment, late with adapting to changes with healthcare practices, lack of compassion, expertise, ethics observed from physicians and PAs, overstaffing unskilled positions, redundant "special" positions

    Generous compensation, excellent benefits package

    Poor administrative support, poor employee moral, decreased interest in providing quality patient care, going the extra mile.

    Advice to Management

    Many employees there are looking for support and encouragement from administration. Currently, those attempting to provide the best in patient care are singled out by entrenched staff and pecked at until they are weeded out.
