I have been working at ReferralExchange full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The opportunity for growth is always in reach, as long as you are willing to work for it. The management team truly cares about your well being. If you need help with anything they will go above and beyond to assist you. One of the most compassionate leadership teams I've had the privilege to work with. They make you want to come to work every day.

    Cons

The job can be tedious at times. However, if you ask for another opportunity to mix things up. Then management will help you.

    Advice to Management

Continue growing towards a better future for all REX employees. You are doing a great job.

I have been working at ReferralExchange full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

My co-workers are really the best part of the job. There are a lot of intelligent, ambitious and caring people here. I recently went through a tough personal experience and received so much support and care. I have never experienced that elsewhere. They really care.

    Cons

    Internal communication can be better.

    Advice to Management

Don't let a few upset people who left change your course. This company is on track to do great things and I want to be a part of that. I truly believe that we will continue our 15 years of growth.

I have been working at ReferralExchange full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Pays for you to get your real estate license
    - Approachable management
    - Comfortable workstations
    - Flexibility with time off
    - The work can be challenging and engaging if you push yourself. You get what you give.
    - Awesome coworkers

    Cons

    - Having conversations with strangers on the phone can be challenging.
    - Medical coverage options could be better, but they at least give you a stipend if you choose to go through the insurance exchange market thing
    - The people who speak up get seen first, so if you're an introvert, you have to work harder to get recognized

    Advice to Management

This is a company that is growing, and with that comes change. Change is inherently difficult. People who are not capable of adapting to change have to go, and naturally, they have a lot of feelings about that. Does management make mistakes? Sure. Management at any job will make decisions that you don't agree with. But I also see management trying really hard to make this a fun, rewarding place to work. My advice to them is to keep going.
