        Cons

Startup in the sense that hours can be grueling. Communication between departments improved but was spotty or extremely redundant. Salary is industry standard but nothing great.

Team interview advice? I’m on my fourth round of interviews. It’s been a weird process where the assignment I felt they were very harsh on so I feel like I’m a shaky option. I got to the last round where I meet the team. 3 interviews on zoom. It’s a global team so I’m meeting my counterparts and 1 level higher in Europe. Any questions you rec asking or points I should convey? Worried about having the same convos again since it’s back to back

What is a 15 min second interview like? Makes me nervous seeing as though it says it’s a “non-formal” interview
