    Pros

Recruiters really care about listening and providing honest feedback on maket conditions. Therapists have all the info they need to make their own choices about assignments. Compensation is fair.

    Cons

Medical benfits are costly for family coverage.

I have been working at Reflectx Staffing as a contractor (More than 3 years)

    Pros

-I've been working with them intermittently for 4 years. They've been consistent with how contracts have been set up.
-My recruiter has a Facebook page where she frequently posts current opportunities (settings and cities). Even if I'm in the middle of a contract, I like to see where the jobs are!
-They certainly help with arranging for pre-job screening PPD, mask fits, and physicals at no cost to you (pre-paid by them via an e-passport or reimbursed quickly).
-They do have access to contracts with larger hospital systems, which is good for those interested in acute care.

    Cons

-Don't expect a lot of professional guidance or mentoring, they're recruiters, not your CI. Communication is always most frequent when during the search for the next job and then dies down during the assignment. This communication is my preference, but may be unsettling for new grads/travelers.
-It's best to be proactive-- particularly with licenses in your states of interest. You will ultimately eat some of the license costs if you have multiple licenses but work in just one or two states. More licenses are helpful if the states are smaller.
-Cross-country moving reimbursement barely covered a 3-day drive and motels

I worked at Reflectx Staffing as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

The people at this company are.kind and courteous. I was found a job in a timely manner. My recruiter kept in touch with me while I was employed.

    Cons

They have not sent the referral bonus they promised. When an assignment was over, they appeared to wash their hands off of me.

    Advice to Management

When one assignment is over, please find a new one as soon as possible. If referral bonuses are promised they need to be honored.

    Pros

Lots of opportunities and a great deal of flexibility. If you have a set salary and a work schedule in mind, stick to it and you can create a very advantageous opportunity. The staff is very friendly and listens to your needs and the needs of the employer so they can find the best match.

    Cons

There was favoritism exhibited toward friends of the owner of the company and those people were offered the best and highest paying opportunities not commensurate with their abilities. Upcoming project changes were not announced until the last minute.

    Advice to Management

Make sure to hire quality individuals not just a body to fill a chair. Be willing to negotiate salaries to retain quality staff.

    Pros

    Honest
    Not pushy
    Good amount of jobs
For travel therapy, its a great company, theres so many bad ones that say anything to get you working, so I would pick Reflectx over most.

    Cons

Some jobs are not so desirable, thats why they are available for a travel therapist

    Advice to Management

Pay increases but its ok so far.
