    Pros

Flexible. Free movies. Great supervisor who serves as a mentor. Great co-workers and great employees. Constant changes keeps things fresh and different. This particular theatre is beautiful, current and well kept.

    Cons

    Working holidays can be tough.

Although the constant changes keep things fresh it can also be difficult to keep up with all of them as well.

    Advice to Management

Having worked at multiple theatres for a variety of supervisors, I wish there was more constancy among them all.

I worked at Regal Entertainment part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good pay (time and a half on holidays), friendly staff. Free movies and posters.

    Cons

Wacky hours. Sometimes managers would schedule employees for closing shifts that end at 1:30 am and them an opening shift for 8am. Lack of communication all around.

-I just love working for Regal :D

    Cons

I would like to see an increase in payroll to allow for more staff. I would also like to see more trust in the employees, such as allowing them to Swap, Refunds, Process Loyalty, etc. Without calling for a manager.
