  2. "This is a terrible company to be a part of. I'd give it rating of 0 however this evaluation requires at least 1 star."

    Pros

There are no pros to working for this company.

    Cons

The 0 rating speaks for itself.

    Advice to Management

They would never take it. This company should be dismantled. Horrible treatment of employees, horrible for clients. I would not recommend working for this company.

    Pros

Great location and a nice group of people that I worked with. There was always something for me to do while on the job, very rarely would I be sitting around. Because the company is fairly small you learn how it runs very quickly and is easy to adapt to.

    Cons

Not paid and if you are not from the city it gets very expensive to commute daily.

    Pros

Working at Regan Communications has been such a rewarding experience. Regan Communications provides a great opportunity to learn and grow within the PR industry. Every work day is different and brings on different challenges which keeps things exciting.

    Cons

Working in different teams makes it difficult to build relationships with co-workers outside of your own team.

    Advice to Management

Take the time to build relationships with all employees.

I have been working at Regan Communications Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Whenever someone does leave the company, you can almost always guaranteed it's not because of the people who work there. The day-to-day people you communicate with at Regan are energized, determined, and innovative. At this moment, Regan is transforming its practices to a more modernized PR agency, and it's a great time for interns and younger employees to share fresh solutions. While working at Regan, I've seen a shift in the company culture that has positively changed how employees work with their clients and each other.

    Cons

Each team works within their team and often does not cross-communicate when it comes to work-related questions and problem-solving. Not all departments are included in decision-making process.

    Advice to Management

Value your employees, especially those employees that contribute skills you may not be familiar with.

I have learned so much in just the few months and excited about growth and the future!

    Cons

Seasoned and experienced staff, be ready for fast paced environment and a learning curve.
