I worked at Regency Centers full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Upward mobility available Great company culture For a large REIT where things can start to become mundane, Regency is a pretty fun place to work.

    Cons

Any company of this size is going to have some measure of bs politics and regency is no different. You know pretty quickly you're going to have to play the "game," and if you're not willing to do that at a small measure, work somewhere else.

I worked at Regency Centers full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Regency Centers has great benefits and excellent people to work with. Cons

After some restructuring and downsizing, I felt there was less support from upper management to the satellite offices. I only had contact with the regional officer directly above my manager about 3-4 times in the 8 years I worked there. During this time, I felt unmotivated and underutilized by direct management and had no real avenues to express my dissatisfaction.
