Feb 7, 2023 - Registered Nurse in ChennaiRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Lots of opportunities to participate in Code Blue. Very diverse collection of patients and comorbidities. 3 days on, 4 days off. Good cafeteria.
Cons
Have nearly zero support from the top management; DON is awful, CEO was on his retirement at work, House Supervisors sometimes cared, but mostly in self-preservation mode. Forced to work 1 weekend day every week. No raises, scant benefits.

Pros
The company hospital has potential to be amazing. It's a small team and everyone tries to work together.
Cons
Corporate office often dictates operations which isn't a bad thing EXCEPT Corporate brings down the culture. They treat employees poorly and it has a trickle down effect.

Human Resource and Management need an upgrade
Oct 8, 2021 - Registered NurseRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Meeting people Pot luck Never a boring day
Cons
No organization at all with the Manager/ CNO of the Portage sight and afraid of new ideas and approach to reducing waste and increasing production. It is a place where patients are there for long term care but the CNO is not skilled enough for the patients that go there. Poor attitude and blames staff but ultimately it is her that needs to be removed from her job title and get someone with more advanced skills.
