      Pros

Meeting people Pot luck Never a boring day

      Cons

No organization at all with the Manager/ CNO of the Portage sight and afraid of new ideas and approach to reducing waste and increasing production. It is a place where patients are there for long term care but the CNO is not skilled enough for the patients that go there. Poor attitude and blames staff but ultimately it is her that needs to be removed from her job title and get someone with more advanced skills.

      Pros

I learned a lot at Regency and very much enjoyed my coworkers, patients and their families.

      Cons

I’m not afraid of hard work, but the workload is too high for nurses and nursing assistants. Expectations are ridiculous. Nurse to patient ratios are too high and unsafe.
