      Pros

co-workers rn/rt/pt/ot are all great. helpful staff for the most part. benefits are adequate... better since being bought by select medical. most work 3 12-hour shifts. the pay scale is tops in the area.

      Cons

Management has carte blanche to make/change/impose policies at will depending on who is in question. no fairness to employees. environment created by management can be harassing and intimidating. paitent population is depressing to work with while families are unreasonable and unrealistic about prognosis.
