I have been working at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

In a biotech - IT is so critical. Technology leadership has to align with all the things that make the company so unique, creative and productive. And with the new CIO, IT is pumped and high-energy, and finally evolving at a pace to truly partner with our business!

    Cons

Not anymore - IT is a great place to be again

I have been working at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Patient focused. Innovative Technologies, access to management

    Cons

Disorganized, under-resourced, extremely toxic leadership, don't value employers and alienate talent. If you thrive in an environment of being jerked around, kissing up and people throwing their egos around while wasting everyone's time, then this may be the place for you . If you're interested in making a difference, look elsewhere.

I have been working at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Lots of opportunity, transforming company in a growth phase so lots to do and one can run with what they’re given

    Cons

In IT morale is low because leadership is lacking. The person heading the department lacks the leadership skills necessary to nurture and retain the best talent. Good people are thinking about leaving and the worst are just biding their time until their stock options vest. A truly talented leader could turn things around here but I don’t see any signs that will happen.

    I worked at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals

    Pros

Management is so weak they have no clue about managing performance. You can coast, be the laziest under-performer and spend a lifetime here, and there are plenty who have.

    Cons

The Regeneron 5 is a meaningless joke. The historians responsible for the bogus baloney should just retire and count their millions. They even dug up and brought back the old fossil responsible for the BS. Bureacracy, politics, stifling ideas and creativity, afraid to change. Smug, arrogant and complacent. This is a company stuck in the past and headed for a very big fall.

    Pros

There is good science behind every project. It has a very scientific driven leadership. They have an exciting pipeline and great potential to keep growing

    Cons

I was surprise to see that it is actually a conservative company in many aspects, with a risk averse culture. Maybe now that is financially more stable this may change
