I have been working at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Yearly bonus and raise is never disappointing and a rarity for most local companies. There are also plenty of opportunities for advancement for those who are motivated, driven, and a little tenacious.

    Cons

It's a stressful environment because all employees are held to an extremely high standard. This can be exhausting some days, but if you're committed and up for the challenge, it can shape you for the better.

    Advice to Management

    Remember we're all human.

    Pros

Great culture, transparent communication, and the company listens to us employees. Rapid growth and major focus on continuous improvement. Great pay, bonus, and stock compared to other local companies.

    Cons

Everyday is busy and sometimes it’s overwhelming.

    Advice to Management

Keep listening to your employees and thank you for all that you do for us. When I talk to friends they are shocked to hear how well IOPS treats my co-workers and myself. I’m appreciative of everything you do.

I have been working at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Health insurance, stock options, vision and dental benefits

    Cons

Management within certain departments does not support company values. Managers play favorites and gossip is rampant. HR is not helpful in resolving issues. Managers claim to support career advancement and when you try they isolate you, nit pick everything you do, and try to get you to quit. Trust within teams is nonexistent.

    Advice to Management

    Support employees in career advancement
Stop the gossiping and playing favorites
Ensure continuity regarding policies in a department among various managers

I have been working at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Free breakfast on every Friday.

    Cons

Poor management and politics with different departments/ groups/ team. You have to be careful when you talk/do anything cus people might speak something behind you, especially when you try to do internal transfer. Some of the managers have no clue how to do people management but only blame others. Bad for your mental health.

    Advice to Management

Please hire someone is kind, normal and take care of his/her employees.

I worked at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good employee perks, benefits and time off when you’re able to take it.

    Cons

No support when you are promoted. After initial on-boarding, training isn’t there. And when you talk to someone about transferring to another area because you are so unhappy and overwhelmed there isn’t anything for you to transfer to.

And forget about re-applying after you leave (when there is something you’re more qualified for)...won’t ever happen.

Every vacation I ever took I had to be able to login to computer or take calls because I HAD ZERO SUPPORT!

Funny, after I left they realized how much help I needed and hired more people....like I had asked for but didn’t get.

    Advice to Management

Don’t promote people and then leave then hanging out to dry with zero support
