    Pros

Regeneron is a great and friendly place to work. THere is room for growth, the work culture values creativity. It is non-beaurocratic.

    Cons

For me, there was no other downside aside from the fact that I was not a biology major so I had no reason to work there.

    Advice to Management

All the supervisors I've had were smart, friendly, helpful, and always willing to teach you. You learn alot by working there.

    Pros

Very young and fun atmosphere. Room for growth of the company and within the company. Casual dress. Tons of room to learn and develop yourself.

    Cons

Like every corporation there is a chain of command that you must go through to do things. However this chain is more accessible than at other larger companies.

    Advice to Management

Keep up with the internship program. It really attracts young talent and exposes your science to the public at a university level.

I have been working at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Being a scientist at Regeneron is about as good as you can get. You have reasonable freedom to pursue questions of interest, terrific resources at your disposal and you're surrounded by very intelligent people all of whom are more than happy to collaborate and offer advice. It's a great team, the company is doing very well and, quite simply, it's one of the best places to work in science, period.

    Cons

The only real con is the location, as the cost-of-living in Westchester is phenomenally high (especially if you wish to buy a house and settle) and this puts stress on lower-salaried employees. But the benefits you get are great and do make up for some of the cost-of-living concerns. Yes, there are periods of stress and pressure which come and go in cycles, but no more than you would get at any other job.

    Advice to Management

Don't ever sell the company. Regeneron is a wonderful place to work precisely because of its philosophy and science and we're proud to contribute to its success.
