I worked at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great Culture, colleagues and company events.

    Cons

Managers beliefs does not trickle down to associate levels. Work, work, work is immediate managers motto - "Work like it's your last day!"
Note - My comment is really depends on the managers personality. I was in a unfortunate side.

    Advice to Management

Urgency and priorities are misused daily where they loose its' meaning.
Work is not all there is in Life.
Recognize the individuals' work ethics/efforts and reward them accordingly even as simple as a verbal recognition.

I have been working at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Still small enough to feel like individual employees are making a difference, good benefits, and believe in what mission of the company and it's senior leadership

    Cons

Slow/ambiguous career advancement, and small enough that many standard business practices/infrastructure are still not solidly formed. I can also feel the business culture changing as the company grows larger and attracts talent from other, larger pharma companies.
