I have been working at Regent Seven Seas Cruises full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great way to see the world and meet people from various countries

    Cons

Being away from home for most of the year can be hard. Also living in very cramped and small rooms with little to do while at sea but work

    Advice to Management

    continue to give support

I worked at Regent Seven Seas Cruises full-time

    Pros

Best group of people I worked with in a long period of time. The people here know how to do there jobs and do them well. No in office drama either. Plenty of room for growth and they do tend to promote internally.

    Cons

Sometimes a customer service position can stress you out which is typical with any call center environment.

    Advice to Management

    Increase the incentive

    Pros

    World Travel
Pay much higher than most other cruise lines
Good on the job training for all positions
Lots of fun, meet great people from all over the world

    Cons

    No retirement or medical benefits
long contract (6-8 months away from home)
Some upper management is difficult, but that's normal
You are on duty 7 days per week for 6-8 months at a time

    Advice to Management

Since the takeover by Prestige Cruise Holdings, I believe the management has gotten better. There is less favorabilty. Would liek to see more consistancy from ship to ship. Also some upgrades in technology should be the norm for a 6 star cruise line.

    Pros

    Advice to Management
