I worked at Regent's University London full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Stunning campus, a small, friendly and collegiate body of staff, more flexibility and development than in many bigger universities.

    Cons

It's not the most academic of universities, so don't expect great research or career progression. The students are not always fully engaged.

I worked at Regent's University London full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Pretty relaxed work environment and nice campus overall.

    Cons

Disorganisation and poor communication reign supreme. These often result into a series of time consuming misunderstandings and ill performed tasks. There is absolutely no recognition or reward for talent, extra hour, and effort. If anything you feel belittle every single day.

This was the best interview I've ever had. All the correspondence on the lead up to the interview was clear. The interview day was well prepared.
