Pros
These guys taught me nearly everything I know about digital marketing and I couldn't be more grateful! Everyone cares about the person next to them and treats each other with respect . Just keep in mind that this is a fast paced environment, so you will have to spend some "home" time brushing up on your skills.
Cons
I don't have a cons about them but I will give you fair warning. Do NOT challenge the Internet Marketing Director to a game of chess; you will be destroyed!

Pros
Team lead is always available if you need a call.
Cons
- No organization, no good guidance. - Work is not double checked to see if it´s done correctly, at least when doing it for the first time. -Lack of communication, team meeting are always being skipped or if they happen they´re not really useful at all, there is no initiative to make things better really. -Lack of structure, you often find yourself confused and disoriented. -Unwillingness to take accountability. Placing blame on team members failures rather than figuring out what went wrong in the first place

Regex is a really cool workplace. The managers really care about the growth of their employees and want to see them succeed both in their personal and professional lives.
Cons
Sometimes there might not be a good structure over some process but everyone is actively working on making it better.

Pros
Flexible schedule, good salary, working from home.
Cons
They don't have processes, training is not provided (they expect you to know how everything works in the company from day 1), they don't really care about their employees, the managers are disrespectful and rude with people, the salary is okay but not worth it when you have to deal with someone telling you awful things.
