I worked at Regional Elite Airline Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great people. Flight benefits were so-so. Difficult to travel when flying below mainline employees, retirees and their children.

    Cons

Overworked and underpaid. Many people were injured due to lack of equipment. Hard to pay your bills at $9 per hour.

    Advice to Management

Management all got golden parachutes to other airlines and subsidiaries.

I worked at Regional Elite Airline Services part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Unlimited free flights to any location that Delta provided services to. Only fees necessary were the country tax which would range between $30-$150 depending on the location.

    Cons

Back-breaking work with very little reward in terms of pay. Employees did not have much value to the company.

    Advice to Management

Provide more opportunities for growth, and have more understanding with employees. Furthermore, management should encourage employees to acquire all the available certifications in order to provide opportunities for growth.

    Pros

this was once a great company to work for. I enjoyed my co worker, everyone was such hard workers. The Leads did a great job at training their employees on all safety measures.

    Cons

They left Sioux falls. Wish they would have given more time to the employees.

    Pros

The airline industry has great benefits, and Regional Elite was no exception. The people are great, especially the office staff.

    Cons

They lost the major contract. I miss many co-workers, we worked hard and enjoyed competing each day. I recommend the industry.

    Advice to Management

Frequent bidding is a nightmare for part time employees that work 2 or more jobs. Overall, great job!!

I worked at Regional Elite Airline Services part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flight benefits are pretty good, there are a few operations which seem to be happy ones. Under the right manager it could be great.

    Cons

The pay will simply never be very good, and the majority of operations at different airports seem to be unhappy ones. Training can be hard to get, things are frequently understaffed. Of course this company no longer exists, so it doesn't matter too much.

    Advice to Management

Too bad things didn't work out with the company. Seems like money was being put into things which should have been less of a priority - and airports which were profitable/sucessfull should have been given more support.
