    Pros

    Environment, experience, knowledge, integrity, reliability. Greatly impressed with the dedication of staff members and support of shared goals in patient care.

    Cons

    Nutrition department organization structure. Would like to see a bit more standardization in systems, record keeping and job sharing, scheduling and overlap of responsibilities of RDNs.
