    Pros

Learn a lot and see a lot of medical illnesses and injuries.

    Cons

Work with not enough staff, which means you are overworked, which will burn you out from working at the facility.

    Advice to Management

Bring Management from out of state in order to change the poor management trend that is causing a repetitive of mistakes at the facility and causing a high turnover of employees.

I worked at Regional One Health full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Employees work there because they are all about the business of saving lives, whether you are a clinician, work in housekeeping or in administration that is the driving passion for the employees.

    Cons

Exceptionally poor executive leadership and management. Decisions made at that level are reactive versus proactive. If issues arise, executive leadership looks for blame versus trying to find out what was the issue and what was the breakdown in the process.

    Advice to Management

Supposedly it is a Just Culture organization which is incorporated into their policies. My advise would live by those tenants to ensure all employees are being fairly treated.
