I have been working at Regis Corporation full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I've been with the company 11 years and have nothing but amazing things to say about my experience with Regis! In my 11 years I have been a Master stylist, Artistic Educator, and Salon Leader! Regis has so many opportunities to advance within their company! When I showed interest in becoming an Educator my Salon Leader went out of her way to get me an interview to make that possible! I also showed interest in Management and my District Leader coached me so i was ready when a position was available! The company cares about each employee and their success! Coaching is always available if your looking to advance within the company. Ongoing education is also available several times a year so your always on top of the latest trends! They also have great tools for building your clientele quickly!

    Cons

A Regis Commerical would be awesome!

    Advice to Management

As a current Manager of Tampa Salon- 3981. Coaching is key! If you coach your team and give them the skills they need to advance to the next level they will be successful! Also consistency! Always follow up with your team members ask them what goals they have and how you can help them achieve that!

I have been working at Regis Corporation full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great in salon team, head office are all friendly, regional managers really nice, training offered through out the year, good retail ranges to recommend to guests.

    Cons

Pay schemes low, bonus's hard to achieve and when you do your taxed on them , constant policy and structure changes, 0 passion for hair very financially focused, lack of funding for salons that need updating, irregular motivators only when it's seen your in need of a kick, very little recognition for long standing employees, hours can be long, very little progression opportunities, used for your qualities with empty promises of further education or job opportunities

    Advice to Management

Recognise your staff before you lose or demotivate them, don't promise and fail to deliver. Don't expect the world and give nothing in return, your salons need updating and not just in city centres
