I have been working at Regus full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great upper level management, and area VP in Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill area!
    Great benefits!
    Outstanding pay!
    Healthy Work/Life Balance!
    Upfront
    Innovative

    Cons

I think some of the cons of Regus, is that maybe they have hired some very ungrateful people in the past. Once you get into a company folks, be happy with where you are. Don't try to come for someone's position because you think that you should have it! Do YOUR job to the best of your ability! I think having the Area VP interview the candidates is a great idea! Sometimes hiring practices need a jolt!!

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up!

I worked at Regus full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great office locations to work. Benefits are good.

    Cons

No longer can make commissions on office space leased. Too much change and inner turmoil from corporate headquarters. Example. They continue to cut staff to the bare bones and no one has a sense of loyalty. They now have GM's running 3-5 locations with less staff. All of the cuts are due to them wanting to go from 3,000 locations globally to 19,000 locations by 2020.

    Advice to Management

You need staff to run the locations to your standards and clients hate the constant change/turnover with employees.

    Pros

Decent benefits...other than that I seriously have trouble coming up with pros for this company

    Cons

By far and away the worst culture of an organization in my 15+ years in business. Daily (sometimes 2x/day) calls with regional leadership to discuss how terrible (even when your numbers exceed budget) you and your office is. Horrible micromanagement at every level. I could write about 10 pages of things wrong with this company but I do not want to waste any more time talking about them. Suffice it to say, I strongly caution you think twice before ever working for this company

    Advice to Management

Please examine the culture and morale of your front line teams. Drastic changes are needed before things get out of hand...you might not care about your employees on a personal level but it's going to spill over and effect your paying customers I can guarantee it.
