    Pros

Good team mates, and a lot of support from the ops team

    Cons

Management always restricted development and focused more on sales than customer service. Customer satisfaction was low because of that.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to the lower staff

    Pros

    Good product, Market leader, agressive

Not an employee centric organisation, too much of internal politics and most of the senior people justifying their job and position.

    Advice to Management

No one in the management is even bothered.

    Pros

After serving for one year, I have gained immensely from the knowledge and experience. I must admit that I take lot of good things from here, which should take me to much higher levels. It was fantastic working with Regus and I seek your guidance and best wishes from time to time.

    Cons

Timings from 8.30am to 06pm it should be half hour less..

    Advice to Management

Frankly speaking Regus is very good company to work with & Staffs everyone is nice just Timings should make it from 8.30am - 5.30pm. Rest Regus is best.

I worked at Regus full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

No pros. As a company it is extremely cold. The General Manager tag is a misnomer, is a market linked designation and should actually be a Center Manager

    Cons

No culture, all policies are mere lip service that mean nothing. Constricted growth, frustrated senior management that looks to push sales at all costs.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees better. Satisfied employees result in better client service and sales
