I have been working at Regus full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The organization is new, therefore it enables fresh ideas from its team members. It sits on the corporate office floor so the exposure is tremendous. There is excellent personal growth opportunities as well as an opportunity to maximize earning potential. The company has many people who have been with the company 10 years + which showed me that the employees are valued and given a chance to succeed. Leadership has great experience and willing to help you succeed or find something that works best for you.

    Cons

Small micro management initially as this is a new team. The data is needed to ensure the organizations success. This would be a con to some but a pro in my book.

I have been working at Regus full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great pay and incentive program, Great benefits, Comfortable and relaxed yet professional environment, very nice kitchen amenities, flexible hours, and friendly staff.

    Cons

It is mainly a sales environment so there can be pressures to try to perform well or exceed very difficult goals, but not any more pressure than you would find in any other sales position.

    Advice to Management

Great work. Development is key and being professionally developed by management is key especially in a company where you have the ability interact with positions in the company that you normally would not get the chance to meet (The CEO, VP, ETC...)

    Pros

Solid benefits, lots of opportunities for growth, great work environment, opportunity to learn from many different types of industries and people. Strong HR support and generous vacation package. Long term, full time employees are very positive to work with, and strong leadership. CEO, North America Steve Farley is extremely engaged with team members, always looking for ways to make things better.

    Cons

If you're lazy and only want to give 50% effort but receive 100% compensation, this is not the company for you.

    Advice to Management

Keep on communicating with the field, and asking for feedback from experienced team members on how to make things better.

I have been working at Regus full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

If you want to work for a well known successful company that is number 1 in office solutions worldwide this is a great career path. I like the fact that I can grow in the company while also learning a variety of tasks to add to my resume constantly. I also like how we "own" the business and can see directly where our efforts are impacting growth within our centers. No days are the same there is always something new happening each day. Great working hours!

    Cons

Working for a quickly growing company means the organizational structure of getting things escalated needs some work. However the people that see the issue and have a strong follow up mentality are the ones that succeed.
