I have been working at Regus full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Solid benefits, lots of opportunities for growth, great work environment, opportunity to learn from many different types of industries and people. Strong HR support and generous vacation package. Long term, full time employees are very positive to work with, and strong leadership. CEO, North America Steve Farley is extremely engaged with team members, always looking for ways to make things better.

    Cons

If you're lazy and only want to give 50% effort but receive 100% compensation, this is not the company for you.

    Advice to Management

Keep on communicating with the field, and asking for feedback from experienced team members on how to make things better.

    Pros

People, clients, autonomy, opportunities to grow and develop. Fast moving and always improving. This is an innovative company that fits perfectly into the world and the way companies are changing their real estate strategy.

    Cons

A lot of change, but that can be healthy when you're growing as fast as they are. Systems are cumbersome and are supposed to be updated in coming years.

    Advice to Management

    Upgrade systems to one platform.

I have been working at Regus full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

If you want to work for a well known successful company that is number 1 in office solutions worldwide this is a great career path. I like the fact that I can grow in the company while also learning a variety of tasks to add to my resume constantly. I also like how we "own" the business and can see directly where our efforts are impacting growth within our centers. No days are the same there is always something new happening each day. Great working hours!

    Cons

Working for a quickly growing company means the organizational structure of getting things escalated needs some work. However the people that see the issue and have a strong follow up mentality are the ones that succeed.

I have been working at Regus full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

It is fast paced, dynamic and never boring. You have the opportunity each day to have a positive impact with clients, companies and economy. There is always opportunity for career growth. I have been with the company for many many years and they have always treated me fairly and fostered my career growth through many different positions.

    Cons

We change constantly to adapt to our client's needs, growth and find our best practices to better service the customer. The customer comes first and we drive to deliver top notch service. If you do not adapt well to change and do not understand the importance of delivering the highest level of customer service then this is not the place for you.

I have been working at Regus full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Excellent pay even without a college degree. High tech, beautiful, modern work environment. Interesting work. Watching small businesses thrive and helping the process makes you feel good about your work at the end of the day. Good bonus structure.

    Cons

Billing department makes a lot of errors and that's frustrating, but there's issues at every job.

    Advice to Management

Generally only 2 people at center - lunches and vacations need to be planned very carefully. 3 people at a center would be better. Maybe 2 full time and one part time.
