    I worked at Regus full-time

    Pros

    Weekends off, paid holidays.

    Cons

This company is a bad joke. The owner CEO need a reality check. They need to work in the centers for a week, then they will realize that the location can't run with 3 employees. There is no loyalty, Regus will throw you out like trash and pay you peanuts. The base pay in DC is $55,000, the most expensive place to live!!!

    Advice to Management

Steve Fairley, CEO you give Jersey a bad name. You know your employees are your best asset, treat them with respect and dignity. Under your management this company will burn like your Yankee Candles!

I have been working at Regus full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great company to work for if fresh out of school. Benefits are good.

    Cons

If you are unable to multitask this job is not for you. Must be able to wear multiple hats and be ready for whatever the day may bring.

    Pros

I found that management recognized my strengths and were supportive of my efforts to learn and grow. Ongoing training was made available to me which allowed me to feel satisfied in the position that I was constantly challenged and at the same time made me a more valuable employee to the company. I had the opportunity

    Cons

The down side is to working at HQ is that I didn't feel a very strong connection with any of the other colleagues other than those in management. Employee morale amongst the staff was sometimes low. Some of the staff didn't feel valued as employees.

    Advice to Management

Have the utmost respect for your clients and employees, listen to their ideas, wishes, needs.
