You work work ina very competitive, price driven market where you will have a hard time competing on price. Customers are definitely looking for a high level of service, but the conversation almost always begins with saving them money.

I worked at Reinhart Foodservice full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The pay is ok, you’ll work hard for your money. Good hours and normally you’ll only work Monday to Friday.

    Cons

Ok so where do I start. Transportation management will call you racist names behind your back and to your face. They’ll give the best equipment to the white drivers. If you ask can you get a better truck, they’ll say it goes by seniority but you’ll see a new white driver in a brand new truck and trailer. Don’t go to HR or corporate with your issues because they’ll take your supervisor side on the issue. So if you’re black or Spanish please watch your back and document everything that they say to you. Keep a tape recorder on you at all times. Try and only talk to management only through an email because you’ll save yourself a lot of stress and issues

    Advice to Management

All of your Coal Township management needs retraining because I see a major lawsuit in your future
