    Pros

You can make as much money as you want, if you were cloned multiple times over.

    Cons

When applying, ensure that you carefully read what Reinhardt says the "Position Responsibilities" listed are before applying for a Sales Consultant Open Position . Along with the "Physical Demands and Work Environment". They have got to be kidding!

    Advice to Management

In sales you are always on the edge. Management does their own thing and needs to give us help, advice and ride with. This sales position gives you absolutely no stress free family time. Just as myself, prior employee's get burned out and discouraged from the sales program moving on to more successful programs. Anything but food service.
