Former Employee - Accounting Associate in La Crosse, WI
    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Reinhart Foodservice full-time for more than a year

    Pros

$15/hr is considered decent in La Crosse area, however with an Accounting background it is very low middle class bracket maybe even poverty given increase inflation. Holiday events and decorating are acceptable here. Please note, in La Crosse area, Great Lake Cheese and Woodman's start at $20+/hr. Know your value before you apply.

    Cons

Expect many setbacks and you won't be disappointed. You are stuck starting as a temp, you don't actually do accounting-you must start with data entry and or mailroom, you can't attend company wide social gatherings which show inequality in value, unorganized and egotistic management who are inexperienced in leadership, not to mention management who continually get away with inappropriate harassment allowed in the workplace on a daily basis viewable and heard by two other departments, management set unrealistic expectations and don't provide necessary job training, management does not hire by talent but instead by 'friends hire friends' so if you do not get personally hired by a friend then you're there to fill in the void until you could be replaced with their friend-you'll end up working beyond your agreed 3months and still not get hired on
