I have been working at Reinhart Foodservice full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

There is a great team in place here, across all departments. The current Division President has done wonders to turn this ship around and get us on the right course.
    The benefits are incredible.
Ebrand products are great quality, but we also get to carry national brands as well.
This is definitely a SALES focused operation. Everyone has a customer, no matter what your job is!
Customer Service goes above and beyond to take care of our customers and employees.

    Cons

Growing pains are acceptable, but more communication to the team will help ease the pains.

    Advice to Management

    Communicate issues clearly and early.
