    I worked at Reinsurance Group of America (More than a year)

    Pros

    Some of the best people I have worked with . Great culture. Social events, sports teams etc. People eat lunch together. Everybody was very generous with their time and the management was approachable.

    Cons

    No real cons except the work can get a little repetitive and there was not much training available.I was only with the company a short period of time so maybe they didn't seem the point of training me outside the task I was primarily hired to do but a little variety would have been nice.

    Advice to Management

    Make sure employees have a breadth of training.
