    I worked at Reis & Irvy’s full-time

    Pros

"SOME" employees are cool. "SOME" being the key word.

    Cons

from day one all LIES and all FALSE STATEMENTS. If you are a great liar, a great manipulator and have no morals or ethics this is the place for you. a group of hoodlums and thugs and liars work here. you are threatened with your job daily, you are forced to write good reviews about the company and specifically CEO and upper executives. Very Cheap Vending Machines and the new ROBOT for yogurt had to be sent back a week after it arrived. No approval from the NSF and the vending machines are a piece of crap. CEO is a man from Australia that if you dig deep enough you will learn that he owes millions in law suit judgements all over the globe. he is a criminal and partners with crooks and thugs.

    Advice to Management

all share holders and investors should pull out and ask for money back immediately.

    I have been working at Reis & Irvy’s full-time

    Pros

This company is by far one the best companies I have had the opportunity and pleasure to work for. The environment is very welcoming and the relationships between colleagues, management, upper management and all the way up to the CEO himself is very genuine, caring and focused on everyone's success. A lot of time is put into the success of our staff from daily sales meetings to weekly sales training from professional sales gurus. Very generous commission structure and health benefit packages. This company allows for a great balance between work life and personal life and room for growth as the company expands. Overall, great company.

    Cons

    No cons in my opinion.

    Pros

One thing I really like about this company is that it truly gives you all the tools you need to succeed. From training to after training is complete they make sure you have what you need to do a good job and be successful. They are always encouraging and motivating you to make sure you are the best you can be.

    Cons

There is no con really, after training it's up to the individual to put in the work necessary to do a good job and succeed.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!

    Pros

This is an awesome position to get in on the ground up of a product that is going to revolutionize the way that Yogurt is served. It has been exciting to see the progression of development and to see the Robot in person. If you like being on the cutting edge of technology this is the place to join. There is a phenomenal team here making history happen.

    Cons

If you are not accustomed to phone sales - this position is not for you.

    Pros

Management is very supportive and encouraging. The training we receive is unmatched by any other company I've worked at. Fun and energetic environment. Co workers all get along and help each other to succeed.

    Cons

This is not a con in the negative sense, however you must be a self starter and a very motivated person. The responsibility to succeed is in your hands and must be a go getter. If you need hand holding and constant attention, this is probably not for you.

    Advice to Management

To keep doing what you are doing. This business model works. There is a perfect balance of training, coaching and guiding with allowing Territory Managers to structure their business the way that works best for them. Keep respecting everyone as individuals, its working.

    Pros

Salesperson's dream to sell a unique and world's first Frozen Yogurt Robot; there is no direct competition and most people love it! If you have the sales skills and work hard you will make good money. Company provided sales training that will take you to the next level. Everyone at the company is nice and fun. High growth potential and lots of energy here!

    Cons

I'm eating too much frozen yogurt; I need to increase my workouts.

    Advice to Management

Keep helping people get to the next level with their skillsets. Onsite, mid-day, exercise program, like yoga in the parking lot, a couple days a week.
