    Pros

Great team and customers; product has come a long way in being current and inspiring.

    Cons

Trying to get things done with limited resources and feeling unaccomplished when we can't. We all want to succeed but we need the right amount of tools to do so.

    Advice to Management

Spend a day in the life of a REAL Day trying to get things done and then realize that more support is needed.

I have been working at Reitmans part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

-Managers involve you in things you are interested in doing (most of the time)

    Cons

-Constantly have new sales on, making it hard to keep track of it all. This also confuses/frustrates customers when they have purchased things one day and the next it's all 40% off. They do have a 2 week period to get a price adjustment but I find most of the time they are really bothered by it.
-The way their sales/advertisements work have trained customers to only buy something if it is on sale- making it very difficult to sell things regular price.
-They accept all returns, even on marked down items. Often times people will come in with a huge bag of returns with things that are now on sale- worth nothing. These large returns also mean you have to bust your butt to make up for lost money.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the employees concerns. They are the ones out on the floor dealing with most feedback from customers.
