    Pros

Extremely professional & good reporting managers, respect of timelines & work area discipline is there.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Reliance Broadcast Network full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good to learn from this organisation that not to make mistakes while switching jobs and research about company before joining.

    Cons

You become an victim to stressful life.
    No timings.
Your manager might enter in his own timings and would ask you to come back to work since he is in office for late hours due to his own mistake or late arrival to office (Mumbai Sales)
Your work won't be respected but if you are the one who stays back in office for late hours even if you are not working that is indicated as a dedicated employee.
The leadership is more of autocratic.
Your good work might get addition of one or two more slides by your boss and been shown to the upper management as his own work.
    Nothing to learn.

    Advice to Management

The CEO is a smart chap but his commands are not communicated properly to Lower management.
Hire good seniors who motivate his junior to do good work and keep him happy and not steal the credit and while wrong doings blame his junior instead of correcting juniors.
