I worked at Reliance Communications full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Best for internships and for starting out ones career, very experienced employees, also the behaviour of fellow employees is commendable.

    Cons

Few chances for growth, and too many movements within one communication circle. Also lack of resources push performance below par.

    Advice to Management

Don't shift employees to different circles so often.

    Pros

Nothing, nothing, Nothing, nothing, Nothing, nothing, Nothing, nothing, Nothing, nothing, Nothing, nothing, Nothing, nothing, Nothing, nothing, Nothing, nothing, Nothing, nothing, Nothing, nothing,

    Cons

    Cheating customers is the HOBBY.
For eg: when customer calls, disconnecting the call/chat by saying that it will resolved with in 48 hours when ALL IN THIS FIRM KNOWS THAT IT WILL NEVER GET SOLVED.
Making customer recharge for some amount and when he/she does that, will discontinue the offer

    Advice to Management

Try to be frank to your customers. They are giving you salary.

    Pros

Its in the heart of the CITY, Campus is good and nearby location is the only best thing in this company.

    Cons

Worst.. worst.. work culture i have ever seen. employees are treated just like labors. Only exploitation is what Rcom is currently doing for employees. No Work life balance thing in reliance. No Public holiday.. PLI is just for the name sake. Many times Salary day is exceeded and salary credited to account after 2 to 3 days. Releaving process is too hectic and HR is not at all supportive while leaving. Its really worst company to work and dont expect growth.. there are people who are working more than 12 to 13 years with same grade.

    Advice to Management

Just try to manage work and life balance.. and also arrange stress management programme for employees on regular basis. and please pay on time...

I worked at Reliance Communications (Less than a year)

    Pros

Sorry guys I have to look for deep. This has only brand name and nothing else. Even now this is also lacking behind in telecom industry.

    Cons

    *No transperancy for employees
*Fraud for business partners and customers also
    *Forget about HR Policy
    *No respect for others
    *Bad environment
    *No Appreciation
*They know better politics even better than AAP.

    Advice to Management

You are so traditional. There is no value for youth. If this will continue you will lost your backseat also from the industry. Need to learn a lot from others. Today's youth dont care for your brand name If they are capabale I am sure one day you will be hired by them. Respect to employees you and they are working on same payroll. Be trustworthy for your business partners. And one more be updated from technologies because you are out from the trends. Or else shutdown your business. Already we have good players in market.
