    Pros

They have the ability and resources to achieve whatever they desire.

    Cons

They have no desire to provide a safe and healthy work environment to the vast majority of their employees and subcontractors. The loss of human life is not an exception but rather the expectation

    Advice to Management

Practice what you preach all the time not just when others are watching.

I worked at Reliance Industries full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Just a Brand name and no other pros

    Cons

I was selected for Reliance Jio Email process, the interview took 3 weeks, after wasting 3 weeks of interview and documentation, finally the training started.. After 3 days thet took an assessment and suddenly on 4th day they came and removed 7 candidates saying that they didn't cleared their assessment. When asked to show the papers they were not ready for it. Its very easy for them to remove people but they dont know the pain the candidate faces after removed frm the company. Tere is no job security at all. They r just playing with employees emotions. Salary they r paying are peanuts and employees they want an expert. My advise for candidates are go for the interview only if you are not working, experienced candidates please dont quit your current job and get trapped here. These people remove candidates whenever they want.

    Advice to Management

Please dont hire people if you want to remove them later and if you hire freshers than give them some time to improve their mistakes you were not born talented even you have made mistakes.
