    One of the best place to learn new things and the environment of the office is very nice.

    Compensation compared to competitors is not that good.

    Pros

    salary credit to account in time,infrastructure and working environment is good, flexible timing, and i have not much to say good to say about this organisation

    Cons

    no significant hike in confirmation or long term span of job, actual allowance not given,no employee engagement other than HO,no reward on achivement

    Advice to Management

    please give hike to loyal employees to overcome the attrition rate and retain the brand name.
    give different opportunity to employees to engage them selves and bring better to org.

    Pros

    There are no pros people. You can only learn how to get hampered there and everyday you will be threatens as if your last day in company ..

    Cons

    In interview they will be asking as if they are damn literate ..later you will get to know they were gavar (uneducated fools) .. girls have the upper hand in every aspect because of obvious reasons.

    Advice to Management

    Give time to the new employees to perform atleast .. please dont do cost cutting n politics for atleast 3 months ..
