I worked at Reliant Bank full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nice building that had Professional companies in them. not Reliant. The upper mgt was to drunk so you trained yourself. That was a big Pro to see they were a SCAM

    Cons

the company lies to you and offers no training

    Advice to Management

stop drinking on the job and flirting with your ENTIRE staff!!!

I have been working at Reliant Bank full-time

    Pros

None. Work for this place and anything outside of here is a pro... If you like co-workers acting like teenage children, this is your place!

    Cons

Cliquish, drama, NO communication, decisions are made on an ad hoc approach with no organizational structure. And on and on

I worked at Reliant Bank full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Coworkers were friendly, pay was pretty good

    Cons

Customer service was hindered at times by an inadequate phone system and website. I believe those things have ben fixed.

    Advice to Management

Make sure the company you partner with for your network connections is reliable.

    Pros

Worked with some of the best co-workers ever. I remain very good friends with many of them. Funny thing is - none of them work there anymore either.

    Cons

Not a place for a long lasting career. No chance for advancement. Very clickish. If you're not in the "club" you never will be. Doesn't matter how well you do your job - It's a "boys club" and no women are allowed. I truly don't ever see this bank being successful. Upper management even profiles the certain type of customer they want and "don't want". They are extremely prejudice to employees and customers.

    Advice to Management

You need to make some serious changes or you will truly fail.
