Was a good company but don't recommend now.

    Pros

-High earning potential -No micromanaging. Sink or swim. - Company trips for the top ten which is always the special Fundera team because they get better leads and more than everyone else. -Free coffee You get breakfast every Monday morning except when managers forget which is often.

    Cons

-Managers have no problem lying to you. No repercussions when they get caught. -Good ole boy system. If you're not on the Fundera team you won't be making money. How do you get on the team? No one can say but it's definitely not based on production -CRM is Salesforce and is constantly being changed to make things efficient, but the changes are opposite of efficiency. Now we can't see notes and client names at the same time. -Problems don't get fixed. -Managers retaliate if you go to HR. -Managers care about their paycheck first and yours last. -Consistent errors in paying payroll on time and/or accurately. -Company policy only applies when they want it to. The "in group" doesn't have to follow the rules. -If you want to talk about Jesus on the sales floor for an hour no one bats an eye. But get up to pee during a call block and suddenly they want you working.

    Management Fail

    May 5, 2022 - Sales
    Recommend
    CEO Approval
    Business Outlook

    Pros

    Casual dress code, no micromanaging

    Cons

While no micromanagement, there is NO management at all. After training I was feeling great about the job until I saw that my manager has no experience, leadership ability, or even people skills. I have to search for someone to help me because my manager either doesn’t know or is “too busy”. This place had great potential but is setting me up for failure. Its crazy how many more people feel the same way! It’s great at first but when you look under the hood it’s broken.

    Smoke in mirrors

    Apr 20, 2022 - Anonymous Employee

    Business Outlook

    Pros

Is the fact that they make you be in the office a pro? Yeah I didn’t think so

    Cons

First you should know that they’re gonna do whatever it takes to delete this or move it so far down the list so you don’t see it. The five star reviews are fakes. Don’t buy the bs. This place is not a heathy work environment. Management is toxic, IT is useless, and marketing is garbage. No none stays for more than a year, and if they do it’s because they can’t do any better.

    Stay Far Far Away

May 2, 2022 - Account Executive in San Diego, CA
    Recommend
    CEO Approval
    Business Outlook

    Pros

Nice Coffee, Flexible Hours, Paid Training

    Cons

Not enough leads, lies about lead generation, 200 calls a day. Training is designed for only 10% retention. New sales hires have a 10% chance of lasting a year. CEO was fired. Other hire ups in affairs and sexual harassments cases, Super toxic stress zone.

    I didn't enjoy a second there

Mar 8, 2022 - Anonymous Employee in San Diego, CA

    Pros

There are walls and a roof to keep out the rain, and a floor to stand on.

    Cons

It is a soul-sucking environment, where few people make money, and you're a commodity they don't work hard to keep because they make money on you after you leave. It is an old-boy network, and any figures you've been given about potential, is made by a few guys who have been there for a long time.
