I worked at Reliant Funding full-time

    Pros

You can quickly make large commissions here, to stay consistent you need to curate a pipeline that could take up to 6 months - 1 year (for some sooner) great work environment, friendly staff, no micro management, great pay potential, generous bonuses.

    Cons

    Very little paid time off.

I worked at Reliant Funding full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Excellent UNCAPPED commission plus monthly incentives for hitting quotas. With this inside sales job you must follow up, follow up, follow up (like any other sales job?) as I saw a clear correlation between my maximum effort and my paycheck. Leadership is honest and WANT to see you succeed (so long as you show your WILL to succeed): simple as that. Sales training and discussions with the CEO, VP, and Directors of Sales...

    Advice to Management

Please keep up the sales trainings and discussions! This investment in your employees shows and is something I will always appreciate.

I have been working at Reliant Funding full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The opportunity to make great money by working hard. Management is always accessible and willing to help you with whatever you need. If you are open to growing and getting better then this is the job for you. Phenomenal work environment, office provides coffee, snacks, etc. Be a part of the 28th fastest growing financial company in the US. Just a quick note to the negative review, of course top producing reps get more...

I worked at Reliant Funding full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Nice office, access to some good technology, great HR in place, medical & dental benefits.

    Cons

3 hours of outbound calling, the other 5+ hours of your day is spent sitting around waiting for inbound calls. You can't make an outbound call or it ties up your line. This leads to 100 hours a month of very unproductive time. I saw about 20 sales people (half the sales force) leave or get terminated in a few months of being there. Extremely high stress levels even when you're working hard. They claimed to have an 80%...
