    Pros

The benefits are good, you earn time off very quickly (for salaried employees), and there are many locations throughout central Massachusetts.

    Cons

Not a lot of outer-departmental communication. Lots of after-hours work (in my position) without additional reimbursement or recognition.

    Advice to Management

Bonuses go a long way, more departmental recognition. More communication is key.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Decent salary, clean atmosphere, opportunities for growth or lateral shift in job

    Cons

Corporate culture, 2% raise a year, over work employees and expect quality to remain the same. Very money focused

    Advice to Management

The more pressure you place on worker with more work etc quality lessens affecting the patient in the end which affects money

    Pros

I get to lend a helping hand in facilitating the on going care of every patient walking through our doors. For me that's the most rewarding feeling of all. I love going to work and getting paid to learn each day and do something I'm passionate about.

    Cons

Don't really have any cons to mention. I love where I work. No day at work is ever boring we see something new everyday.

    Advice to Management

Trust in the team in front of you more, and give them the chance to prevail in which you knew they can.
