    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Reliant Transportation part-time for less than a year

    Pros

It was a rewarding job helping those in need, whether it was going to a doctor appointment, surgery, or long term care.

    Cons

The pay was unpredictable and because you're on call 24hours a day for 7-14 days straight, it could cause anxiety and sleep deprivation, unsafe for driving.

    Advice to Management

Change the after hours driver to shift work instead of 24/7

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Reliant Transportation

    Pros

The schedule is great to take care of personal stuff in the middle of the day.

    Cons

Training is inadequate, management is inconsistent and if this is your only job, you would have a higher annual income with a full time minimum wage job.

    Advice to Management

Try treating every employee like they contribute to the company's bottom dollar instead of keeping your tight little circle of besties on a playground.
