I have been working at Remedi SeniorCare full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I have only been with Remedi a short time; however the staff at the Euclid site are excellent to work with and learn from. Remedi has the most advanced technology I have ever seen in 16 years of my pharmacy experience. I am excited to work for them and enjoy going into work everyday.

    Cons

Not having set lunch break times. It is hard to take a lunch at a set time because it has to depends on workflow, but that's common in pharmacy.

I have been working at Remedi SeniorCare full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

When I started with Remedi SeniorCare, there where only a couple of pharmacy locations. I am excited because we now have seven locations. I could consider moving to Denver if I wanted to, now that we have a location in Colorado. I heard that of the techs in Richmond moved to the new Dallas pharmacy and really likes it.

    Cons

I guess the construction at our Baltimore Pharmacy is a con. it has been going on for months, affecting parking, a lot of dust and shuffling around. But when it is complete, the place will be really nice. It's been a long process.

    Advice to Management

Keep growing and give employees the chance to transfer to new sites.

I have been working at Remedi SeniorCare full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

My personal experience has been filled with positive. I have personally seen my hard work pay off with advancement but the best part of my experience has been the fact that I am involved in an upward bound company. We have a product that customers rave about and a plan to expand our footprint that is exciting.

    Cons

The weather can be unbearable at times which means my drive is sometimes a nightmare!

    Advice to Management

    Keep reaching for the stars!

    Pros

    Very competent upper management with a clear vision for the company;
    Positive, team-centered environment;
    This company is growing

    Cons

Need to have more than one person know how to perform certain job functions (this will be addressed through additional hires in the near future)

    Advice to Management

I truly admire and appreciate the culture that you have built in this company; it is refreshing to work at place where the people in charge are not only good at what they do but are respectful of those who perform the day-to-day tasks. Keep up the good work.

I worked at Remedi SeniorCare full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Making a difference in patients' lives.
    Friendly co-workers

    Cons

High staff turnover, poor morale, shortages in staff, which leads to extremely long hours, especially in the Order Entry department. Focus is on growth, new pharmacies, new facilities, and then the focus shifts from existing customers to the new and service level then fails.

    Advice to Management

Return the focus to patient care and everything else will fall back into place. Unrealistic expectations of staff and doing more with less staff only stresses employees, brings down morale and increases errors across the board.

I worked at Remedi SeniorCare full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Friendly co-workers . Ability to go home after another exhausting day of chaos. Learned to think independently despite the terrible systems in place.

    Cons

Poor leadership. Terrible management. Nothing has changed after reading current reviews. No communication between upper management and employees. Bad morale.

    Advice to Management

Hire upper level management with common sense pharmacy experience. Listen to your employees concerns.

I have been working at Remedi SeniorCare full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Some management flexibility. Some managers try to make the best of the poor leadership and executive management.

    Cons

Poor poor leadership and communication. NO accountability.
The communication is slim to none.

Recent goals in the last year, hire as many old Omni care employees. Financial situation is wreckless to say least.

Sad that fake reviews are put out there to make it seem like a great place. These reviews are all lies.

    Advice to Management

Communicate, communicate, communicate. The leadership knows NOTHING about anyone actually doing the work to make the pharmacy successful.

CHANGE YOUR CULTURE. Your organizational culture is pathetic. The structure is just as bad.

I have been working at Remedi SeniorCare (Less than a year)

    Pros

I was hired at Remedi as a Pharmacy Technician 5 months ago. I had previously worked 5 years of retail, and could not be happier that I made this change. The hiring process was quick and the HR manager made it very easy. My immediate supervisors are wonderful and have an open door policy. My co-workers are very nice and helpful, which really made the transition so much easier. I find my work environment to be stress free and all of my co-workers to have positive attitudes. The company offers competitive salary and benefits. I would highly recommend this company. I am very thankful for being given this opportunity and can honestly say I have never been this happy with any other job.

    Cons

I have not experienced anything negative, and found any cons to name. I am very happy in my decision to come to this company.
