    Pros

The pros about the job everything if you're a good worker . Remedy management treat every person fairly. I'm sorry, if you slack at your job, stand around and do nothing, play on your phone, which isn't even supposed to be in your work area, and do nothing for almost all 8 hours, management is going to notice! have read some of these reviews from people from Troy and Euclid and I guarantee this was their problem they were the slackers.
Why they didn't have insurance is beyond me they offer it they offer 4 different choices. They even offer pet, eye, and dental insurance.

    Cons

The cons about the job are the people who work there just to get a paycheck, waiting it out till they get their next job, who make everybody else miserable because they're unhappy!

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!

I worked at Remedi SeniorCare full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Salary is decent if you don't need insurance through the company

    Cons

My schedule was changed the minute I hired in. I was told if that was a problem I needed to re evaluate my employment. You are suppose to be in training for 60 days. However after 2 weeks I was expected to know how to do my job and training stopped. Supervisor is very standoffish and does not communicate expectations of the job. I was told there no reason why I shouldn't know how to do my job after only being there 3 weeks. Make sure you ask for insurance information during interview. Insurance is extremely expensive. Especially if you have a family. Very high deductible. If you quit they send an email to everyone in the building with a picture of you telling them if they see you to escorts you off the property. Four people quit in the 3 weeks I was employed there. Department is very unprofessional. They complain about the company and cuss all day long. Your place of employment is suppose to be professional not a jerry springer show where they need to bleep out every other word you say. I tried to talk to my supervisors boss about my concerns but it was clear to me there was a buddy system and my concerns did not matter

    Advice to Management

Be honest about scheduling up front. Be more empathetic to employees concerns. Be honset about the training expectations.

    Pros

I have only been with Remedi a short time; however the staff at the Euclid site are excellent to work with and learn from. Remedi has the most advanced technology I have ever seen in 16 years of my pharmacy experience. I am excited to work for them and enjoy going into work everyday.

    Cons

Not having set lunch break times. It is hard to take a lunch at a set time because it has to depends on workflow, but that's common in pharmacy.

I worked at Remedi SeniorCare full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The amount of fake reviews on here by the company is absolutely pathetic. They are doing so to improve their ranking on here. Absolutely nothing. The only joy I have ever felt while being at this company was the joy of freedom as I walked out on my last day.

    Cons

Low pay, terrible benefits, horrid vacation time, always understaffed, more turnovers than a Cleveland Browns football game, management clueless, no problems are ever fixed, I work at another long term care pharmacy now and you can't even compare the two.

    Advice to Management

Stop paying people to write fake reviews and use that time and money to actually fix this sinking ship of a pathetic company.

I have been working at Remedi SeniorCare full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

When I started with Remedi SeniorCare, there where only a couple of pharmacy locations. I am excited because we now have seven locations. I could consider moving to Denver if I wanted to, now that we have a location in Colorado. I heard that of the techs in Richmond moved to the new Dallas pharmacy and really likes it.

    Cons

I guess the construction at our Baltimore Pharmacy is a con. it has been going on for months, affecting parking, a lot of dust and shuffling around. But when it is complete, the place will be really nice. It's been a long process.

    Advice to Management

Keep growing and give employees the chance to transfer to new sites.
