    Overworked and underpaid

    Mar 22, 2022 - Inside Sales Representative

    Business Outlook

    Pros

Working remote and the training that’s provided is solid

    Cons

The pay is extremely low for a sales job. Even when hitting your KPIs your commission are still low. Toxic work hard culture with lots of stress. The turn over rate is high for a reason. Many of the reviews are from newer employees where the company ask to leave a review during their training while their in the, “honeymoon phase” of working for the company.

Great way to gain sales experience

Jan 17, 2022 - Sales Representative in King of Prussia, PA

    CEO Approval
    Business Outlook

    Pros

Excellent as a first job, or if you’re interested in making the switch to sales. New hires receive training to get them started. Leads are provided to you free of charge, and even though you’re expected to make a high volume of calls every day (200 at minimum), it’s not as daunting as it sounds. Call length times vary so much that it’s easy to get through them all in a timely manner.

    Cons

Really needed to grind in order to receive good pay. Whether or not you see that as a con depends on your personal work ethic and the amount of energy you’re willing to invest into your career.

    Pros

It gives you an opportunity to network, and experience different departments within the company. It also gives an opportunity to learn how a CRM works. Snacks and food events (pizza, chick-fil-a, etc..) were great.

    Cons

Pay could be a little bit better
