    Pros

The directors are nice, mileage reimbursement, direct deposit paychecks.............that's about all. I really couldn't add much else to this section

    Cons

Favortism, lack of consistency, lack of teamwork between MHRC locations, throw you to the wolves, supervisors really aren't good at their jobs.

I worked at Renaissance Behavioral Health full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Helping the patients that need help. Given nag the patients a positive outlook on life and that they can beat anything if they try.

    Cons

Worst place I have ever worked. Would not recommend this job to anyone. They abuse the patients and your not allowed to say anything. They will retaliate against you.

    Advice to Management

Stop thinking of yourselves and do something good for someone else for a change. Communicate more with staff members.
