I have been working at Renaissance Consulting Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Everyone starts entry level and has the same resources to grow in the company, so people that do get promoted have earned those promotions. My last jobs didn't reward hard work and effort as much as they rewarded seniority or inter-company relationships. I like that my hard work speaks for itself. I like that I essentially promoted myself into the position that I'm in. The manager, Dave, is hands on. I wasn't expecting...

    Cons

It's hard work to learn so much. This is a growing company, and Alex needs people who can hold leadership roles based on the experience they've gained in the company. That's why everyone starts entry level. I've seen people leave or get let go because they didn't like being held accountable to their work. This bothered me at first because I've never had a manager want to be hands on. I just took it the wrong way. When...

    Pros

What you put into the company, you get out of the company. I was looking for a merit based business and fortunately, I found one here! I love that the people that put the work in are the people that move up. No seniority. No favoritism. Pure merit based business. If you are willing to work hard to reach your goals, this is the place for you.

    Cons

I wish I found this place sooner!!

    Advice to Management

You're an amazing leader and person. Keep up the excellent work!

I worked at Renaissance Consulting Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Truly a great experience learning sales techniques, communication skills, how to take control, speak confidently, speak in front of groups, teach and train others, and run professional meetings. When I started I just needed a job to pay rent and and keep food in my fridge. I had no sales experience but they gave me a shot. At RCG I was able to pay my bills and also have a lot of fun in the process. The team is extremely...

We are humbly grateful for this honest feedback! It is always nice to hear the great experience someone has had at your company. And yes it is true - most people come into a sales job not expecting it to teach you so much more! Oh and by the way - we will tone down our competitive ...

I have been working at Renaissance Consulting Group

    Pros

This company has invested more time into my personal and professional life than any other company has ever done. RCG really focuses on the development and training of an individual and it has taught me so much! I now feel confident conducting interviews, training different personality types and having a student/teacher mentality.

    Cons

not a typical 9-5 job requires you to actually put in work

    Advice to Management

    Keeping bringing in those bonuses!

I have been working at Renaissance Consulting Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

This career is a great opportunity! I came out of college and wasn't hired by anyone due to my lack of experience; just like a number of college graduates. I was tired of my worth being dictated by a piece of paper. Working with this team has completely shifted my outlook on picking a career. The management team and my peers push me to be the best version of myself everyday and I love it! I'm constantly growing in skills...

I don't really see cons working here. I've read the other reviews and they talk about working long hours and working on commission but after being here I wouldn't want it any other way. If you're serious about bettering yourself and furthering your career, why wouldn't you want to work hard at it? And why would you not want the opportunity to make as much money as you want? The efforts I put in pay for all expenses and...

I worked at Renaissance Consulting Group full-time

    Pros

Everyone in the office was very helpful in my development and truly cared about me learning new skills instead of simply telling me how to do it and then moving on. I was able to learn how to public speak, which I wasn’t very good at and how to conduct myself in a professional setting. What stood out to my new employer was the sales skills I acquired. They liked my college education but being able to say I had a 6 months...
