They put their employees first. Great benefits and they care not only about your work life but your personal life. They listen to suggestions and you take an annual employee satisfaction survey. I felt appreciated and valued. Marriott founded the company based on the idea that "if you take care of the employees, the employees will take care of the guests and the guests will come back" what other companies do you know put their employees before the guests?
Better communication amongst management. Sometimes there was too much cross communication or repetitiveness because they don't communicate.
