Pros
Work culture is excellent because it is inherited from Nokia. Employee friendly HR policies: Work from home, Cab facility, claim internet bills, free mobile issued as part of joining formalities. You will get to understand global work culture as you interact with different site locations. Pioneers in technology and have great chance to learn GSM/3G/LTE. Competition among employees is healthy.
Cons
Hikes aren't great. No bonus paid since last 1 year. Bangalore management is dependent on prominent sites UK and finland. Unable to find good customers for their product and sustainability is a big question in longer run.

Pros
Work Culture of the company is inherited from Nokia Wireless division, great place to work for, lot of freebies which includes free mobile phone, monthly phone expense upto 2K, Gym and transportation at subsidized rates to name a few. Good exposure to cutting edge technologies (2G/3G/4G on modem side), Emphasis to Work-Life balance
Cons
Frequent re-org (once in six months on an average) leaves an employee fuming sometimes
